The Wrexham Local Development Plan (LDP) 2013-2028 was adopted on 20th December 2023. Under the provisions of the Planning (Wales) Act, the Wrexham LDP forms the statutory development plan for the County Borough. Together with the Wales National Plan, it will be used as a primary material consideration in the determination of planning applications and development proposals.
